How a repair call-out works

1. Get in touch. Call the 24/7 locally answered line on 07747 002334 or request a callback. You speak to an engineer, not a call centre.
2. Diagnosis. We assess the boiler on site and give you a clear written quote before chargeable work starts.
3. Repair. Most jobs are completed on the first visit.
4. Aftercare. Service reminders and ongoing support once you are back up and running.

For out-of-hours emergencies, the call-out plus the first hour is a fixed fee which we quote openly on the call before we dispatch. Parts and any extended work are quoted in writing before chargeable hours start. Read more on our call-out fees page.

Where we cover

We are based in Kelso and repair boilers across the Scottish Borders and East Lothian, including Melrose, Galashiels, Coldstream, Duns, Haddington, Dunbar and North Berwick. For genuine emergencies we aim to be on site the same day.

Repair or replace?
