As Vaillant Advanced Installers we can offer extended manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years on Vaillant boilers. Other brands typically come with 7–10 year warranties.

Yes — modern air source heat pumps are designed to operate efficiently down to around -15°C. We size and design every system specifically for your property and Scottish climate conditions.
Modern units are very quiet — typically around 40–45 dB at a few metres, similar to a quiet fridge. We'll position the outdoor unit sensibly to minimise any noise.
Sometimes. Heat pumps run at lower flow temperatures, so larger radiators or underfloor heating give the best efficiency. We'll assess this during the design and include any upgrades in your quote.
Most installations take 3–5 days on site, plus the design and grant paperwork beforehand. We handle the full process, including MCS certification.
Yes — we install both screed and low-profile overlay systems suitable for existing floors. We'll recommend the best option based on floor build-up and disruption.
It's an ideal pairing. Underfloor heating runs at lower flow temperatures, which is exactly where heat pumps are most efficient.
Absolutely — single-room loops (kitchens, bathrooms, extensions) are a popular choice and easily integrated into your existing system.
Tile and stone perform best, but engineered wood, vinyl and most carpets (with the right tog rating) all work well. We'll advise on suitable finishes.
A single-room retrofit is typically 1–2 days. Whole-house systems for new builds or extensions usually take 3–5 days, plus screed drying time where applicable.
Either works — we can supply the full suite, tiles and fittings through our trade suppliers (often at better prices), or fit a bathroom you've sourced yourself.
